Project Overview
WearZane Admin Panel is a robust, responsive, and feature-rich management dashboard designed for an e-commerce clothing brand. Built with a modern tech stack, it provides the store administrator with complete control over inventory, sales, customer relations, content management, and team collaboration.
1. Analytical Dashboard (Overview)
Real-time Metrics: Displays critical KPIs at a glance, including Total Products, Categories, Low Stock alerts, Total Orders, and Total Revenue (in PKR).
Sales Analytics: Visualizes financial summaries such as Total Sales, total order count, and pending orders for efficient daily operations.
2. Smart Catalog Management
Add New Product: A comprehensive form to list new arrivals. Admins can input product titles, PKR pricing, real-time inventory stock, assign target sections (Men, Women, Unisex, Kids), categorize by seasons (Summer, Winter), write rich descriptions, and upload up to 4 product images.
Product Inventory: A centralized dynamic grid to manage all listed products. Admins can search products instantly by name, filter them by target sections, and easily Edit or Delete listings.
Category/Collection Creator: Dedicated interface to create, update, and manage seasonal collections (e.g., Summer, Winter) dynamically.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Sales Tracking
Customer Directory: A complete registry containing customer names, contact details (phone, email), and shipping addresses with an instant search feature.
Order History Logs: A dedicated action portal allowing the admin to view any customer’s detailed order history (Order IDs, dates, order amount, and fulfillment statuses like Pending or Completed) in a clean modal view.
Review Moderation System: An essential tool to filter and moderate customer feedback. Admins can review ratings and comments, and manually Approve (Go Live) or Reject them before they appear publicly on the storefront.
4. Dynamic Content Management System (CMS)
Homepage Banner Manager: Allows admins to control the storefront visual aesthetics by adding, updating, or deleting rotating hero banners with custom titles, subtitles, and image URLs.
About Us Editor: Enables direct content editing for the brand's story, vision, and mission directly from the dashboard, eliminating the need to modify source code.
Blog Management Portal: A built-in blogging system to publish fashion guides, style tips, and updates, complete with title fields, Cloudinary image integrations, and text content editor.
5. Team Management & Security (Sidebar Features)
Staff Management: Assign roles and manage permissions for different team members.
Activity Logs: Tracks admin and staff actions for enhanced security, transparency, and auditing.
